Starting this week
im gonna be busy with my new fitness routine
hmmmmmm...
a very very very extra energetic of me

my beloved rum8 wants 2 loss some weight
n i want 2 fit myself

but
since came back
i lost my appetite again n again 2 eat rice
hmmmmmm...
im ald losses some weight i think ="(
my diet (eating habit 4 this week)
breakfast = a cup of luke warm milo
lunch = bread bread bread =)
dinner = rice with vege n NO chicken, meat n fish
about my workout
Monday evening went 4 a jog
Tuesday same also
Wednesday morning swimming
Thursday evening aerobic n gym stuff
Friday evening swimming again
thats how my lifestyle will be throughout this whole semester
interesting rite???
its gonna be fun n enjoyable
