help u lost weight with watermelon =)


waaaaaaaahhh~ a heart shape watermelon. impressing! whether its love in shape, square, sphere, ellipse or what ever shape its is, its still Watermelon right  =)

this red watery fruit has a lot of benefit that 1 of it, is helping u to loss weight! this fruit has amazingly high water content, with low energy density and low calories even though u eat a lot. Amigos when it comes to low calories it simply mean u need less energy to burn the calories stored in it that will reduce the formation of fat. ho ho ho. its low energy density as its water content is very high which prevent you from dehydration and the best part is the desire to eat other dessert that high in calories reduced! 

water content in watermelon help you in natural diuretic process aka urination. people who consume a lot of watermelon will increase the urination and help you to slim you tummy!

watermelon also help in improving our immune system n more, it reduced the heart disease risk from the antioxidant element in it.

ur body needs a lot lot lot of water. i know not all of u like to drink mineral water or consume less than 8 glasses per day. try to eat watermelon so that ur body will not be dehydrated easily n make it as healthy dessert  for ur natural slimming process =)

potbelly! foods u should avoid =)

having a potbelly? its very uncomfortable especially its visible when u were sitting. women especially will feel shy having this kind of 'accessory' at their tummy. from one of the article that i read yesterday, there are a few foods that u should avoid :

1) pop corn! 
why why n why. corn-based products are very good 4 ur health but.... pop corn. is a no no as it is coated with caramelized sugar and butter with a lot of salt. blended salt and fat will increase the cholesterol in ur body. the high salt level will cause water retention that cause flatulence(potbelly)

2) soy sauce 
1 table spoon of soy sauce contain 1000mg of salt! its a lot. so the effect just the same as eating pop corn

3) dried fruit  
its contain fairly high sugar content! its contain high calories due to dehydration process that remove the water content. so when the fruit is dry u will consume a lot of it
                             

there are simple tips from me that you can practice to avoid this potbelly from haunting your emotion

1) drink a lot of water. mineral/ plain water of cause. as the factor of potbelly is due to water retention.
2) regular exercise. the best exercise that i highly recommended are swimming and jogging =) to bur the calories at ur tummy
3) reduce the amount of fat in take
4) take low calories food. there are some food that are low in fat but very high in calories. read the label provided
5) do sit up regularly or every morning
6) eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
7) no snack after 10pm please! avoid junk food, soda

faizah herba ponni taj mahal =)

yeah! i love love love cooking! but i have a lot of food allergic. thats the worse part. huhuhu. and im getting thinner n thinner every year since my childhood ="( .

since childhood my mother has to force me to eat!. hahaha. im quite chubby before this. believe it or not..  high carbohydrate food is giving me problem. maybe thats one of the reason im getting thinner as my carbohydrate consumption is getting lesser and lesser. im a mix malay chinese who really cannot eat a lot of rice. hahaha. 

not having rice for 3 days is really really common. n sometime until 1 or 2 weeks. BUT i have to EAT RICE. my body needs it =(. my mama really loves me so she find a solution for me. oyeah!

its kinda expensive white rice. for 5kg it cost RM35.80. with this price you can buy 10kg normal rice. so i list down some benefit of it :

1. less carbohydrate which until 70%! (even so, you will eat a lot)
2. good for diabetic patient
3. the husk is steam with the rice that will ensure all the minerals and other nutrients in the outer coat are absorbed into the rice, giving taj mahal rice its unique flavour.
4. it is grown organically with no toxic
5. high in calcium
6. less fat with high protein 
7. help to loss weight. hehehehe

its expensive but u know what this 5kg rice can last for ONE SEM for me >____<.  plus it is healthier HEALTHIER =)

kerja yang di pandang rendah tetapi besar nilainya =)

segelintir dari masyarakat kita kadang kala memandang rendah sesetengah pekerjaan kerana mempunyai anggapan seperti 'eeeeeee buruh binaan. x standard la' , 'mekanik jeeee', dan lain. dan ada juga yang kadang kala mencemuh pekerjaan orang lain dengan kata-kata kesat secara depan-depan. kadang kala memberi pandangan dan senyuman sinis apa bila melewati pekerja yang sedang membuat kerja- kerja di tepi-tepi jalan.

sebagai seorang pelajar kejuruteraan awam. saya ingin berkongsi sedikit pandangan saya mengenai pekerjaan sebagai buruh binaan. segelintir masyarakat beranggapan bahawa bekerja sebagai buruh binaan adalah low standard, rendah dan hina. hanya sesuai untuk orang miskin yang x berpelajaran, orang indonesia, bangladesh, kemboja dan vietnam. Tapi pernah tak anda semua berfikir. tanpa mereka yang anda anggap hina dina ini maka tiada la bangunan yang tinggi melangit, bangunan yang cantik bagaikan istana, dan RUMAH anda. rumah anda x akan terbina sendiri tanpa ada orang seperti buruh binaan yang mendirikan nya. dan tiada la juga bangunan kebanggaan kita, petronas twin tower yang gah sebagai salah sebuah bangunan tertinggi DUNIA

setiap pekerjaan sememangnya ada risiko. pekerjaan seperti doktor sendiri ada risikonya. apa tah lagi sebagai buruh binaan. di mana-mana sahaja kemalangan kecil atau besar boleh berlaku. pernah x anda terfikir. jika salah seorang dari keluarga anda seorang buruh binaan. anda berpandangan 'alaaaaaaa. buruh binaan ja pun. gaji apa sangat'. Ya. anda boleh katakan gaji mereka apa la sangat. tapi untuk pengetahuan anda semua gaji mereka adalah lebih tinggi dari pekerja kerajaan. sebagai buruh binaan untuk membuat rumah gaji bagi SEHARI adalah RM100. bayangkan jika dalam 30 hari sebulan seminggu sekali sahaja cuti. mereka boleh mendapat RM 2600. starting gaji pekerja kerajaan pun RM 900. semasa saya pergi ke tapak binaan, gai buruh binaan di sana adalah RM125 sehari = RM3250 sebulan. dan ada juga buruh binaan yang mendapat gaji RM150 sehari. bergantung pada saiz projek nya. jika RM150 sehari bermakna RM3900 sebulan. starting gaji engineer petronas pun RM 3500 sahaja. belum lagi campur dengan duit-duit lain dan jika x ambil apa-apa cuti.

jangan la kita memandang rendah pada apa pun pekerjaan mahu pun pekerja nya. sesungguhnya setiap pekerjaan yang halal adalah sangat mulia. untuk menyara keluarga. lakukan la setiap pekerjaan dengan ikhlas untuk mencari keredhaanNya.
